We’ve flipped the script again.

Whilst MTB pedals with those aggressive, metal pins can be used for your Offroad Adventures and Commutes, we’re just not that into how they tend to tear into our shoes and damage the tread on them!

Having ridden bikes for many years and for many different cycling disciplines, something that we have noticed is that a lot of the so-called “grip” and “traction” actually comes from the shape of the pedal.

By that we mean the size of the platform and the angle/curve of the support area actually does most of the work in terms of grip. A well designed platform pedal simply does not need all those spiky metal bits to work well!

So, we offer you the GROAD pedal. A full CNC machined Alloy pedal that makes use of an oversize ( 90 x 100mm ) body , with machined traction grooves on the surface, and rolling on dual sealed bearings with a 4130 Cromoly Axle.

Think of it as an Adventure Pedal that is durable enough for MTB use, rather than a MTB pedal that might be ok for your Offroad Adventures or Commutes.
